The highest year-on-year increase of 10.7% is recorded
House prices in Spain have registered a year-on-year increase of 10.7% during November, reaching 2,244 euros/m2, according to the latest idealista property price index.
This growth figure is set as the record for house prices in Spain. It also represents an increase of 3.1% in just the last three months.
All the Spanish Autonomous Communities show higher prices than November of last year. The top three are:
- Community of Madrid 17.1% (€3,712/m2)
- Balearic Islands 15.7% (€4,686/m2)
- Region of Murcia 15.5% (€1,359/m2)
